1. Payment Term And Condition

1.      Letter of Credit (L/C), whose condition as below:

• Irrevocable
• Payable at sight
• Confirmed (must be added by advising bank)
• Issued from recognized bank
• Expiry place in Indonesia
• Partial shipment allowed
• Transshipment allowed
• Bill of lading consigned to order of issuing bank
• Fees and banking charges are to applicant
• Document are to be presented to advising bank
• Clearly against following document only
• Percentage credit amount tolerance + 10 %
• L/C should be advised through our bank

2.      Telegraphic/ Swift Wire Transfer (T/T)

• Please fax a copy of the applicant before issuing it (+62-271-821651)), to check with the bank and shipping lines for term that may cause problem in compliance to avoid unnecessary later costly amendments.

•  WoodTeak Furniture a direct down payment on presenting the order, to start the manufacture of the full container load orders, amounting to 40% of the total invoice or total sales contract.

• The balance payment has to be down upon invoice after container loaded Original documents will be sent to the consignee upon receipt the transfer.

• Transfer can be done through our bank.

2. Order Term

1.      Sample Request

We will provide the buyer with some sample as the following conditions.

• Sample request below US$25.00 is free of charge
• Sample transportation will be at buyer’s account.
• Your own design would be most welcome and we’ll be handled confidentially

2.      LCL (Less Container Loading) or Trial Order

The LCL is buyer take or buy from the supplier (my company) only few pcs, less than 1 x 20 ft container that supplier must be shared with another company to ship the stuff or the supplier must be consolidated or mixed from another company

3.      FCL (Full Container Loading)

Minimum order is 1x20’ container with contains of mix items (maximum 10 items). Buyer takes or buys from my company 1 x 20 ft container or 1x40 ft container and the system we can used L/C or T/T

C.     Production Term

1.      Material

We are producing our furniture in new teak. All wood are kiln-dried to reach standard moisture.  However moisture content in Indonesia is always influenced by the whether surrounding and also the thickness of the wood it self. 

2.      Finishing system

It is NC/spray and hand stain system, with some color choices: Light Brown, Medium Brown, Dark Brown, etc

3.      Design

We offer various collection in which always been updated twice a year. On the other hand we accept custom design from customer

4.      Packaging

Usually we used carton in each corner of good and cover with corrugated paper or single face paper.

D.    Complain Police

In rarely case of quality complain, customer must notice within 21 days from the arrival date of container. All complain after 21 days will not be treated regardless of their value. All claims must be followed by full form as indicate below

• A detailed fulfilled “damage report” form supplied by WoodTeak Furniture for each item and each pieces
• Photos of each damage item showing specific damage or defect taken from side, front and back
• A statement letter from customer stating that customer will keep the damage furniture for possible inspection until claim is settled. All claims can never exceed FOB Indonesia sales prices.

WoodTeak Furniture will not take any responsibility of claims in the following consideration:

• Claims is not followed by clear and full filled form
• Claims are made more than 21 days after arrival date of container
• Customer has due outstanding payment, once payment is settled, then claims will proceeded
